Meet Melissa!
Hi! I am Melissa – Your partner in designing a healthier, happier life.
A straight-talking, heart-centered health coach on a mission to help women simplify their health and finally feel in control of their bodies.
I believe lasting health isn’t about diets, gimmicks, or deprivation.
It is about real food, sustainable habits, and support that meets you where you are.
I’m the sunshine when I walk into the room: warm, welcoming, and real. I make sure everyone feels cared for, but I’m also the coach who will lovingly push you past your comfort zone. I’m here to simplify health, spark confidence, and help you design a life you love.
At my core, I’m here to help you cut through the noise, stop
overcomplicating health, and design simple habits that last. Because you
don’t need another diet - you need a guide who brings both heart and fire
to your journey.

My Story
After more than 30 years in healthcare, much of it spent teaching people how to “manage” their diseases and live with chronic conditions, along with watching people I love fight preventable illnesses I had an epiphany.
I realized something more important:

Meet Cara!
In 2010 Cara had lost 85 pounds and felt amazing. Life (and menopause) happened and the weight crept back on. Over the next 15 years she tried various programs with little to no success.
In 2025 she met health coach, Melissa, and learned about this safe and effective program that teaches lifestyle changes while losing unhealthy fat. Cara lost 28 pounds of fat in 6 weeks.
